Lupus is an autoimmune disease which can be described as an abnormality of the immune system: healthy cells, tissues and organs are identified as foreign, so they will be attacked by the immune system.

Lupus is a complex disease: the symptoms can be confused with superficial health problems, but there are cases where the symptoms of lupus appear suddenly and unpredictably, becoming more and more severe. Unfortunately, there is no well-defined pattern of how the disease manifests: symptoms can be mild or aggressive, temporary or permanent.

Any autoimmune disease is a sign of general intoxication. It is the body's response to all the harmful factors we are exposed to daily. There are several very effective natural remedies to cure Lupus. They will help you find quick and lasting relief. Our natural treatment for Lupus contains all the essential elements to purify, protect, regulate, replenish and regenerate the organism. It also has regulatory, protective, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, micronutrient, immunoreconstituent elements. It is made up of plants that stimulate the detoxification process, as well as externally, to nourish dry skin. Thanks to this natural remedy, you will eliminate the toxins accumulated over time, in your colon.

Because lupus is an immune disease, the patient's food should contain minerals, vitamins, bioflavonoids, enzymes: unprocessed fruits and vegetables, mushrooms, cereals, shells, eggs, eggplant, garlic, onions, fresh cabbage, broccoli, cherries, onions, almonds, sunflower seeds, wheat and barley leaves, wheat and barley sprouts, yogurt, kefir, fish, fresh seasonal fruit juice.

On the other hand, canned foods, fumes, sausages and foods containing additives will be eliminated. It is recommended to drink in the morning, on an empty stomach, a cup of hot water. For the mental state of the patient is recommended sufficient rest and physical exercises.

What is lupus erythematosus?

Lupus erythematosus can manifest itself systemically or in the cutaneous phase, in the form of incomplete lupus erythematosus. There are four main types of lupus erythematosus: systemic lupus, discoid (cutaneous) lupus, drug-induced lupus and neonatal lupus.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is the most common but also the most serious form of this condition. In the most severe phase, the immune system mistakenly attacks the tissues of the skin, joints, kidneys and brain.

The most common cases of systemic lupus erythematosus have been found in women. LED most often manifests in people aged 15 to 44. Men or people of any gender younger or older than 15 or 44, respectively, cannot be sure that they cannot suffer from lupus, as the causes of this immune system disease have not yet been determined .

In addition to the symptoms already mentioned, systemic lupus erythematosus is also associated with:

bleaching or fingering of the fingers and toes during hectic and stressful periods (Raynaud's phenomenon);
short, rapid breaths (inability to breathe normally, as well as pain from deep breathing);
drying of the protective membrane of the eyes (itching);
headache, confusion and memory loss.

What are the symptoms of Lupus?

There are certain symptoms with a higher manifestation rate, such as:

  • chest pain when the patient takes a deep breath;
  • pain or swelling of the joints (especially the joints of the fingers, hands, knees);
  • mouth ulcer (it is manifested by the loss or deterioration of the lining of the oral cavity);
  • fever (which cannot be associated with any other cause);
  • excessive hair loss;
  • general weakness and discomfort;
  • photosensitivity (sensitivity to the sun can, in turn, occur in different ways depending on the patient and can be caused by different factors, including changes in the location of autoantibodies and tumor necrosis factor alpha);
  • skin irritation;

Lupus: alternative treatments

Any autoimmune disease is a sign of general intoxication. It is the body's response to all the harmful factors we are exposed to daily. Therefore, the first change must be made to the diet.

In patients suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus, the estrogen level increases considerably, which is why it is advisable to eliminate meat and especially dairy products, but also other types of animal fat which lead to an increase in estrogen levels in the body. Neither soy milk nor soy products are recommended. You can eat almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, quinoa, etc.

The list of foods to consume with caution includes eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, because they contain solanine, a substance that increases joint pain and promotes access to disease. Beans and mushrooms contain amine and hydrazine compounds which can intensify the symptoms of the disease.

Cauliflower, melons, carrots, bananas, broccoli, blueberries, asparagus, papaya, chicory, whole rice, apricots, strawberries, currants, Brussels sprouts, cucumbers and many others are delicious and healthy foods that balance the body. Lemons neutralize intestinal acid, balancing the pH, which is why we recommend drinking hot water with lemon juice on an empty stomach. The fibers of fruits, whole grains, whole pasta, seeds (especially flax seeds) are very beneficial. Foods rich in essential fatty acids (omega 3, omega 6) are also recommended, as a method of protection against autoimmune diseases: olive oil, fish oil, tuna, salmon etc.

Phytotherapy

Depending on the type of lupus, it is necessary to consult a phytotherapist to prescribe an individual remedy. As a rule, strains of fruit and vegetable juices are recommended, a diet largely based on cruelty, as well as certain herbal remedies.

Flax seeds, rich in omega 3 fatty acids, detoxify the body by stimulating the colon's exhaust function. For 15 days, consume in the morning, on an empty stomach, 2 tablespoons of flax seeds. Drink enough water.

Sublingual ponytail powder is beneficial in stimulating the production of collagen.

Mix of two tablespoons of nettle leaves, one tablespoon of horsetail, ponytail, rat tail. Pour 300 ml of boiling water on a tablespoon of the mixture, leave to infuse for 15 minutes, then filter. Drink 100 ml before the main meals.

The powder or tincture of soft wood helps reduce inflammation.

Aloe Vera gel can be used both internally, to stimulate the detoxification process, as well as externally, to nourish dry skin.

Physical exercise

A sedentary lifestyle can worsen the disease, causing osteoporosis, muscle atrophy and blood clots. Easy physical activities are recommended: walking, yoga, pilates, tai chi, chi kung, hiking, swimming etc. Contact or competitive sports should be avoided.

Relaxation

Most often, autoimmune diseases result from stress. Relaxation therapies are recommended: craniosacral therapy, reflexology, etc. For detoxification, it is also advisable to perform colon hydrotherapy, to remove toxins accumulated over time, in the colon.

Homeopathy and acupuncture are recommended, but only a specialist consultation can indicate the remedies and the number of sessions required for each individual case.
