VARICOCELE AND FERTILITY: NATURAL HEALING

By On 18/08/2020

Many men have dilated veins in the scrotum, which is the pouch containing the testicles. Doctors call these veins varicoceles . Many men with varicoceles have no symptoms, but some may have fertility problems. Varicoceles are common and affect 10 to 15% of men. Doctors continue to debate the role of varicoceles in infertility.

Some research suggests that treating a varicocele may improve fertility outcomes. However, a systematic review indicates that the available evidence is weak and that doctors need to do more research.

In this article, find out if a varicocele affects fertility.

What is a varicocele?

A varicocele occurs when a bulge results from dilated veins inside the scrotum. The swelling usually looks like a magnification above the testis, without discoloration. The pampiniform plexus is a group of veins inside the scrotum. These veins help cool the blood before it goes to the testicular artery, which supplies the testes with blood.

If the testicles are too hot, they cannot produce healthy semen. The health of sperm affects fertility. It is therefore essential that the veins can cool the blood. Most people with varicocele don't have symptoms, but some may have fertility problems. When a person has a varicocele, they may also experience swelling and tenderness in the scrotum.

Natural treatment with medicinal plants against  Varicocele

The  natural remedy for curing varicocele that we offer is completely herbal . It contains 2 elements namely  :  a herbal tea and an ointment . Herbal tea is vasculoprotective and venotonic .

It is a natural remedy that cures varicocele successfully by  strengthening the valves or valves  located in the veins of the spermatic cords . The veins then become tonic and tenacious  to facilitate the dynamic rise of blood along the veins to reach the most important veins such as the left renal vein and the inferior vena cava.

This  natural remedy is the miracle solution to  avoid surgery . It will allow you to  regain all your fertilizing power . This  natural remedy has proven its effectiveness with dozens of resolved cases . This is one of the  best natural remedies to cure varicocele and prevent surgery.

Using herbal teas to cure varicocele usually gives excellent results as it helps prevent the operation. The solution to cure varicocele is in plants.

Do Varicoceles Cause Infertility ?

Most men with varicoceles do not have fertility problems. Infertility rates in people with varicoceles, however, are higher than in those without. This difference may be due to the fact that varicoceles interfere with the body's ability to make and store semen.

A 2012 meta-analysis of previous studies found that treating a varicocele could improve fertility, especially if the cause of a couple's infertility is unknown. However, the researchers stress that the evidence is weak and therefore more research is needed.

Also Read: VARICOCELE AND FERTILITY: NATURAL HEALING

The main concern with varicoceles is that the bulging of the veins can damage the sperm and reduce their number. In individuals with an average sperm count, a varicocele is unlikely to cause infertility.

When a couple cannot conceive, it is essential to do a variety of tests, including a sperm count, and not to assume that varicocele is necessarily the only cause.

 Causes and risk factors

A varicocele occurs when the veins in the scrotum grow larger. Every vein has a valve that keeps blood from flowing back, but sometimes the valve fails. This causes blood to flow back, damaging the vein and causing swelling. Doctors do not fully understand what causes valve failure and varicocele. They are common and usually do not mean that a person has an underlying health problem.

Studies have proven that smoking can be a risk factor for varicocele because it damages a person's blood vessels. The same study found no link between alcohol or occupation and varicoceles.

Rarely, a growth in the stomach can put pressure on the veins, causing a varicocele. This problem is more common in men over 45.

In many people, a varicocele has no apparent cause.

Diagnostic

Varicocele: Diagnosis and Treatment

Most men with varicoceles don't notice anything unusual, although some people report an occasional thrill or throbbing in the scrotum. Many affected people only find out that they have a varicocele after having had problems with infertility. A doctor can often diagnose a varicocele during a physical exam by examining the scrotum and looking for any unusual lumps and blood vessels.

If a doctor suspects a varicocele, they may order an ultrasound. This is a painless imaging test that allows the doctor to see the veins inside the scrotum.

If the person has fertility problems, the doctor may also order a semen analysis to check the quality of the semen.

Medical treatment

VARICOCÈLE AND SURGERY: Herbal teas, Plants, Roots

Varicoceles that do not cause symptoms do not require treatment. A varicocele may need treatment when:

  • A man has varicocele and a low sperm count or other semen problem.
  • Varicocele causes pain or swelling.
  • A couple has unexplained infertility and the male has varicocele.

When people choose to undergo treatment, they have two different options:

Embolisation

Embolization: definition, indications for embolization - Ooreka

Embolization is a surgical procedure that temporarily cuts off the blood supply. A doctor can perform this procedure in their office under local anesthesia, which means that a person will not feel any pain in the area.

During embolization, a doctor inserts a needle into a vein usually through the groin. Sometimes they can insert a needle through the neck. The needle helps the doctor access the veins in the scrotum and block the varicocele. A person may experience pain and tenderness after the procedure, but the recovery time is short and the person can immediately resume normal activities.

 Surgery

Surgery: definition - doctorclic.com

A doctor can surgically remove a varicocele by blocking blood flow to the damaged vein. This operation is called a varicocelectomy .

A person will undergo general anesthesia before the varicocelectomy in order to be asleep and unable to feel any pain during the procedure. A person may experience pain and tenderness for several days.

Surgery is more effective is embolization with a failure rate of less than 5%. Laparoscopic surgery uses a smaller incision than open surgery and requires less recovery time but also requires a very skilled surgeon. Open surgery uses a wider cut in the scrotum.

Natural remedies for blocked tubes

By On 12/08/2020

What is a fallopian tube?

The uterine tubes, also called fallopian tubes, are the female structures that carry eggs from the ovary to the uterus each month. In the presence of sperm and fertilization, the fallopian tubes carry the fertilized egg to the uterus for implantation. In the reproductive system, the fallopian tubes are where fertilization takes place. This is where the sperm meets the egg. From there, the fertilized zygote travels to the uterus, where it is implanted.

If a uterine tube is blocked, it is still possible to get pregnant because the egg can travel to the other side of the body because there are two ovaries. However, if both tubes are completely blocked, it will not be possible to naturally get pregnant until one or both are unblocked. Indeed, there are many methods of treating this disease.

However, these days, natural treatment is definitely better for curing blocked tubes for good.

Here are some natural remedies that are known to be effective in treating blocked tubes.

  1. Natural herbal treatment

Here is the best African herbal remedy to unblock the tubes and get pregnant quickly. These herbs are very effective at unblocking the fallopian tubes. They have already enabled many women around the world who had blocked tubes to regain their fertility without operations. If you have blocked tubes, here are the medicinal plants that will allow you to experience the joy of being a mother. How does it work?

Natural therapy is made up of 2 elements: an oil to apply as a poultice and herbal teas. By its vasodilator, purifying and diuretic power, the herbal tea will have the action of unclogging your tubes. Also, the oil to be applied as a poultice will soften the tissues and improve circulation throughout the pelvic region. So, the combined action of these two elements will allow you to unblock your tubes naturally and get pregnant.

  1. Curcuma

Curcuma 9 5 1 bis

Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory. Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, has been shown to reduce inflammation. You can consume curcumin as a supplement, add turmeric to food, or have a turmeric drink.

There are no known side effects of turmeric when taken in small doses. However, at doses of more than 8 grams per day, it can have an adverse effect. Make sure you get the right amount of turmeric, or better yet, add the seasoning when cooking.

  1. Ginger

Ginger

A common ingredient with multiple benefits, ginger is another natural anti-inflammatory. A 2014 paper showed that gingerol, the active ingredient in ginger, is both an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory.

  1. Garlic

Ail 9243

Garlic is often suggested as a means of boosting fertility and clearing the tubes. A 2004 study on the fertility benefits of garlic suggested that it may be able to improve fertility. More evidence is needed to confirm this.

  1. Lodhra

Pelin has a long history of using fertility in a number of different cultures. It has been used throughout Europe and Asia for centuries. It is often used in Chinese medicine in the form of moxibustion, which involves a burning of the pelin above a pre-puncture point.

  1. Pussy

Maca powder organic 150g

Maca is a Peruvian herb, with a number of benefits. One of these supposed benefits is that it boosts fertility.

  1. Castor oil

Benefits of Castor Oil for Beard Holes

Castor oil is a popular remedy for infertility and blocked tubes. It is also commonly used to induce labor, although a 2009 review shows that it is neither harmful nor helpful in this regard.

There is no scientific proof that castor oil unlocks the fallopian tubes. However, there is no risk associated with applying castor oil topically, so it may be worth a try and it can hydrate your skin.

What are the signs and symptoms of blocked tubes

First, it is difficult for a woman to know if there is a blockage in her fallopian tube. Usually there are no symptoms of this problem. In some cases, we can see the symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) as the symptoms of blockage in the fallopian tubes, as this problem is considered to be the main and most common cause of blockage in the fallopian tubes. Infection of the fallopian tube can occur due to PID. With increased infection, the problem of obstruction of a tube occurs. Here we are talking about some similar symptoms, which are associated with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).

  • Pain in the lower abdomen.
  • A relapsing fever can also be related to the fallopian tubes.
  • Discharge of smelly substance from the vagina (fishy smell).
  • Sensation of pain during intercourse.
  • Sensation of difficulty in passing urine.
  • Irregular menstrual cycle and unbearable pain in the upper abdomen.

If these symptoms appear, contact your doctor immediately.

What are the causes  of blocked tubes

The blocked fallopian tubes have several causes such as:

  • Endometriosis , which can cause tissue to build up in the tubes
  • Pelvic inflammatory disease , a disease that can cause scarring
  • Fibroids, which are tumors that can block the fallopian tubes
  • Scarring , which can be caused by an ectopic pregnancy or abdominal surgery

Certain  sexually transmitted infections , such as chlamydia and gonorrhea

Diagnostic

The hysterosalpingogram  (HSG) is a type of X-ray used to examine the interior of the fallopian tubes to help diagnose blockages. During HSG, your doctor puts a dye into your uterus and fallopian tubes.

The dye helps your doctor see more of the inside of your fallopian tubes on the x-ray. An HSG can usually be done in your doctor's office. This should take place in the first half of your menstrual cycle. Side effects are rare, but false positive results are possible.

If HSG does not help your doctor make a definitive diagnosis, they may use laparoscopy for a more in-depth evaluation. If the doctor finds a blockage during the procedure, he can remove it, if possible.

Side effects of surgery

The risks depend on the type of intervention. In principle, the risks are the same as for any other laparoscopy or laparotomy. The following symptoms may appear after the operation:

  • Nausea or headache following anesthesia,
  • Abdominal pain, tenderness, bruising after the operation.
  • Pain in shoulders and stomach caused by carbon dioxide injected for laparoscopy.
  • These interventions, in the long term, can increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy or adhesions.

4 miracle recipes with clay!

Uterine fibroids are growths in your uterus. They are generally not dangerous, but they can cause pain, heavy bleeding, and fertility or pregnancy problems. There are two types of treatments, and medications can help manage the symptoms of uterine fibroids.

What are Uterine Fibroids?

3 things to know about endometriosis - Santecool

The  uterine fibroids  are growths that develop on the lining of your uterus. They are also known as  lemiomas  or fibroids. They can be as small as a pea or larger than a grapefruit. You may have multiple fibroids or just one. Uterine fibroids can grow slowly over several years or grow rapidly.

Uterine fibroids are almost never cancerous and do not increase your chances of getting other types of cancer. Still, they can cause pelvic pain, heavy bleeding during your period, bleeding between periods, back pain, and in some cases, infertility or miscarriage. However, many people with fibroids do not have any symptoms.

Health tips and natural remedies to atrophy the size of fibroids: green clay

Bentonite clay - drinking, food, use | TVN Zdrowie

- Apply green clay poultices (found in the form of a preparation in a tube) on the pelvic area. Repeat once or twice a day, for months if necessary, to decongest the small pelvis, thereby reducing pain and possibly reducing the size of the fibroid.

- Consult an osteopath preferably practicing gynecological osteopathy to improve the balance of the small pelvis.

- Avoid all sports that can make pelvic congestion worse: tennis, jogging, skipping, etc.

- Do not wear shoes with high heels.

Who is at risk for uterine fibroids?

Uterine fibroids are quite common. These can occur at any age, but you are more likely to get them as you get older. They are more common in people between the ages of 30 and 40. Fibroids usually shrink after menopause.

You have a higher risk of developing uterine fibroids if:

  • You have family members with fibroids (especially your mother)
  • You are an obese person
  • You eat a lot of red meat
  • You are not getting enough vitamin D

Black women get fibroids more regularly. Research also shows that fibroids generally grow at a younger age, grow faster and bigger, and cause more severe symptoms in black women.

What causes uterine fibroids to grow?

No one really knows what causes uterine fibroids. Genetics, hormones, diet, stress or a combination of several factors can play a role.

Fibroids are probably controlled by hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone. These develop when hormone levels are high (such as during pregnancy) and stop growing or decrease when people use anti-hormonal drugs or go through menopause.

What are the symptoms of uterine fibroids?

Uterine fibroids don't always cause symptoms, but if you have them, they can include:

  • Longer and more abundant periods
  • Bleeding between periods
  • Anemia (from losing too much blood during your period)
  • Pain in the stomach or lower back
  • Pain during intercourse
  • A feeling of fullness in the lower abdomen (called pelvic pressure)
  • Swelling of the uterus or stomach
  • Urinating too much or having difficulty urinating
  • Constipation or pain when pooping
  • Spontaneous abortion
  • Problems during childbirth, such as increased chances of having a cesarean
  • Infertility (this is rare and can often be treated)

The size of your fibroids is not related to the severity of your symptoms. Even small fibroids can cause problems.

How do I know if I have uterine fibroids?

Most people with fibroids don't know they have them unless they are showing symptoms.

Your nurse or doctor may find fibroids during a normal pelvic exam. They will check your uterus, placing gloved fingers inside your vagina and pressing lightly on your stomach. They may be able to smell fibroids. or your uterus appears larger than normal or is a different shape.

Your doctor may also do other types of tests to see if you have fibroids. It can use ultrasound, X-ray, MRI, CT scan, or other types of imaging technology to take a picture of the inside of your body.

You may need a minor surgery, called a hysteroscopy or laparoscope, to find fibroids. The doctor inserts a small camera into your body through your vagina or a small incision in or near your belly button to view your uterus and other organs.

The causes of varicocele.

Varicose veins of the spermatic cord are the result of insufficient or congenital valve regurgitation of the testicular veins. This condition causes degenerative changes in the testicles. Blood returns from the renal vein through the nuclear vein to the testes, carrying a large number of testicular hormones, such as catecholamines, cortisol, and renin.

The abnormal structure of the venous vessels in the testicles impairs the blood flow that remains in the veins, putting excessive pressure on the flagellar plexus and causing varicose dilation.

Three factors can influence the development of varicocele.

  1. An increase in hydrostatic pressure in the veins that drain blood from the testicles, which is associated with anatomical differences in their course on the right and left side of the body.
  2. The anterior structure of the vessels is common, so most likely an additional element is responsible for varicose veins of the testicles. It may be a failure of the valves in the nuclear vessels or the presence of additional collateral circulation, which manifests as retrograde venous flow.
  3. Occurrence of the "nutcracker" phenomenon, which consists of the blockage of the left renal vein between the aorta in the back and the superior mesenteric artery. This transfers the increased pressure to the flagellar plexus. There may also be increased pressure in the seed veins due to compression of the common iliac vein between the iliac artery and the edge of the pelvis.

Diagnosis of varicocele

When diagnosing varicose veins, the most common method is self-examination, which is called palpation while standing with the Valsalva maneuver. During this, the patient must increase the exhalation by closing the mouth, this is called pressure. Thanks to this method, the specialist can assess the level of progress of the varicocele.

In addition to this method, ultrasound is also used, during which the flow in the vessels is analyzed.

Very often, men treated for infertility learn to have a varicocele during the examination. Studies show that the presence of this condition represents up to 40% of infertility cases. The number of sperm produced decreases when there is an increase in temperature and an increase in blood flow.

Doctors during the examination advise men to check the quality of their semen. Many of them wonder where the idea came from. The quality of the semen helps to choose the correct treatment method, but also helps to evaluate the effect of the treatment. In a situation where varicose veins are not painful, men are only supposed to watch if they are growing. However, when varicose veins are accompanied by pain and a man wants to start a family, surgery is necessary.

Ad 1.) Congenital / permanent premature ejaculation (primary PE)

Premature ejaculation consists of:

  • to almost every intercourse

  • in (almost) all women

  • from the first sexual intercourse

  • Ejaculation usually occurs within 30 to 60 seconds (in 90% of men).

  • Ejaculation occurs within one to two minutes (in 10% of men).

  • There is no or no ejaculation control

causes

1.) This form of PE is believed to be a deregulation of serotonin receptors in the brain

  • Either an overactive serotonin 5-HT1a receptor (this normally stimulates ejaculation)

  • or an underactive 5-HT2c serotonin receptor (this is responsible for delaying ejaculation).

This theory was also indirectly confirmed because many depressed men who were prescribed antidepressants containing the messenger substance serotonin complained that they could no longer cum and ejaculate (serotonin suppressed the ejaculation reflex).

What is varicocele?

Varicocele is an unusual enlargement of the veins in the scrotum (loose skin holding the testes, veins, and arteries), also called testis varicocele, and a layman calls it otherwise, such as varicocele, varicocele, varicocele, varicocele, varicocele, varicocele , varicocele, varicocele These veins normally supply blood to the reproductive glands. If an abnormality such as varicocele occurs, blood blockage occurs, harms male fertility, and can also affect erection or testosterone level in men.

This is most evident in the standing posture and vice versa. Simply put, varicocele is a varicose vein in the scrotum just like varicose veins in the legs. The causes of varicose veins dysfunction of the legs and testicles are similar. The importance of this disorder is all the greater since it is the most common reason for infertility problems in men. It reduces a man's sperm count and also affects its quality.

However, if a varicocele is detected in one of your testes, it affects the sperm production of both testes, sometimes the testes contract due to the effect of varicocele Usually it attacks mainly on the left side, as 85% cases of varicocele occur on the left scrotum, and the remaining 15% tend to appear on both sides simultaneously. Incidents that only occur on the right side are rare. There are 3 main reasons for this predominant event on the left side: The angle at which the left testicular vein enters the left renal vein.

No effective anti-reflux mechanism between testicular vein and renal vein Increased pressure of renal vein because it is located between the superior mesenteric artery and the aorta. This phenomenon is also called the “nutcracker effect.” The prevalence percentage of varicocele in men is alarming. Up to 15% to 20% of men tend to have varicocele at some point in their life. Unfortunately, it's more likely to be prevalent in early adulthood, between the ages of 15 to 30, and is mostly left unnoticed, underdiagnosed, and untreated.

Varicocele: what consequences for fertility?

A man with a varicocele may well not have any fertility problems, but in some people, this venous pathology could have an impact on fertility. The figures also point in this direction: 40% of subfertile men have a varicocele, against only 22% in the general population. However, the links between varicocele and subfertility are not obvious.

"  Varicocele is a very common problem for which we do not know very well the consequences on fertility, or the mechanisms involved. There is no link of certainty, only a reasonable doubt ». Varicocele could affect spermatogenesis (the production of sperm) by different mechanisms, all of which are still unknown.

Several hypotheses have been put forward, starting with that of thermoregulation: varicocele would cause the testicle to warm up, which could alter spermatogenesis. Another hypothesis: hormone secretions, antibodies. “  However, no mechanism has been clearly demonstrated physiologically,  ” says the specialist.

Causes and risk factors

Varicocele | Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

There are probably several reasons why the veins in the scrotum dilate, for example anatomical: for example, blood flows more slowly when the testicular vein from the pelvis joins the renal vein at almost a right angle. This can cause blood to flow back up to the scrotum and create a varicocele. If the angle of confluence is unfavorable, it is usually on the left side - this is why a varicocele is more common on the left. Other possible causes of a varicocele are a congenital weakness of the vascular wall and - like other varicose veins in the body - weakened venous valves.

A tumor in the pelvis or abdomen is rarely the cause: it can press on the veins and disrupt blood flow. If this leads to congestion of the testis, it is called a "symptomatic" varicocele to differentiate it from a "normal" varicocele.

Varicocele frequency

Varicoceles are common, especially in boys and men between the ages of 15 and 25. Experts estimate that 5 to 15% of all men have a varicocele. In about 90% of them, the varicocele is located in the left half of the scrotum.

Varicocele consequences

It is believed that a ruptured varicose vein in the scrotum can reduce fertility. Varicoceles are more common in men with impaired fertility. It is estimated that about 25 to 37% of all men with reduced sperm quality have a varicocele. However, this does not always affect fertility: many men are normally fertile despite having a varicocele.

Varicocele diagnostic

A doctor can see or smell a larger varicocele with the naked eye. Sometimes you have to press on the stomach during the exam to make the varicose vein fill with blood and become palpable.

Smaller varicoceles can only be recognized by an ultrasound examination ( ultrasound ).

Why hydrocele :

A hydrocele can develop before birth. Normally, the testicles descend from the abdominal cavity of the developing child into the scrotum. A bag accompanies each testicle, allowing the fluid to surround the testicles. Usually, each bag closes and the liquid is absorbed.

Sometimes the liquid remains after closing the bag (non-communicating hydrocele). The fluid is usually gradually absorbed in the first year of life. But occasionally, the sac remains open. The sac may change size or if the scrotal sac is compressed, fluid may flow back into the abdomen. Communicating hydroceles are often associated with inguinal hernia.

  • hydrocele in older men

A hydrocele can develop as a result of injury or inflammation in the scrotum. Inflammation could be caused by an infection in the testicle or in the small tubes wrapped behind each testicle (epididymitis).

Why does fluid collect in the scrotum

In an adult man and a newborn or boy under one year of age, the causes of dropsy differ. What factors influence the onset of the disease:

  • While still in utero, the genitals begin to form in the male embryo, but they are found in the abdominal cavity. Before birth, the testes descend into the scrotum through the abdominal process. If it does not tighten in time, the fluid passes through this passage to the testicles, and a newborn is diagnosed with congenital dropsy. Until they reach a year of age, doctors watch for changes in the scrotum. At this point, in most cases, the boy's edema goes away on its own.

  • An adult man notices swelling, the appearance of dropsy in the inguinal area after suffering bacterial genital infections, trauma to external male organs and surgeries for inguinal hernia . The reason for this is a violation of the outflow of lymph from the space of the testis.

Diagnosis of a hydrocele

To diagnose a hydrocele, your doctor will perform a physical exam. If you have a hydrocele, your scrotum will be swollen, but you will not have any pain. Your doctor will not be able to feel your testicle well through the bag full of fluids.

Hydrocele in Adults

Your doctor may check the sensitivity of the scrotum by the transillumination method. It allows your doctor to determine if there is fluid in the scrotum. If fluid is present, the scrotum will allow light to pass through and the scrotum will appear to light up as the light passes through. However, if the scrotal swelling is due to a solid mass (cancer), then the light will not shine through the scrotum. This test does not provide a definite diagnosis, but it can be very useful.

Your doctor may also apply pressure to your abdomen to check for another condition called an inguinal hernia;

Type of Hydrocele

The hydrocele can be:

Congenital hydrocele - is an accumulation of fluid around the testicle (testicular hydrocele) or in the spermatic cord (funicular hydrocele / spermatic cord cyst). It can occur in 1-2% of newborns;

Acquired hydrocele - fluid collection is caused by the imbalance between secretion and absorption of fluid from the vaginal serosa;

The mechanism of occurrence of the hydrocele is simple to understand. During intrauterine life the testicles form in the abdominal cavity, then migrate to the scrotum, "pushing" the peritoneum in the form of the peritoneo-vaginal canal to the scrotum.

After the testicle reaches the scrotum, this canal closes. In the case of boys with congenital hydrocele, this closure is not complete, leaving a narrow communication with the peritoneal cavity. This penetrates the peritoneal fluid, but cannot penetrate an intestinal loop, so the hydrocele cannot be complicated by a loop strangulation.

Congenital hydrocele can be:

Communicating - the entire peritoneo-vaginal canal persists and the fluid circulates between the scrotum and the peritoneal cavity. In this case there are variations in the volume of the scrotum, there are times when it seems that the hydrocele has disappeared. It is more voluminous in the evening and lower in the morning (after a period of decreased abdominal pressure during sleep);

Noncommunicating - the peritoneo-vaginal canal closed, but in the testicular vagina it remained liquid;

Sperm cord cyst - the peritoneal fluid persists along the peritoneo-vaginal canal, this canal closing inferior and superior to this cyst.
